You can upload photos and videos to the Shopee App in two main ways: 

1. Uploading Photos for Product Search 

Step 1: Open the Shopee App and select the camera icon in the search bar on the homepage.
Step 2: Choose to either take a new photo or select an existing image from your device’s gallery.

 

2. Share Photos/Videos via Shopee Chat

Step 1: Click on the chat icon on the homepage.
Step 2: Open an existing chat.
Step 3: Tap the add icon.
Step 4: Select "Gallery" to choose a photo or video from your device, or "Camera" to take a new one.
Step 5: Send the selected media.

⚠️Note

• File Limit: You can send up to 9 files (photos and videos) in a single message.
• Video Length: Videos must be between 1 second and 3 minutes long.
• Video Size: The maximum file size for videos is 30 MB.
